‘Everything Before Us’ and More Asian American Romance

Wong Fu Production’s “Everything Before Us,” a sci-fi romance which imagines an alternate reality where the Department of Emotional Integrity monitors citizens’ relationships by assigning them a score based on their romantic pasts, is now available to watch with XFINITY On Demand!

The film follows two main couples — Ben (Aaron Yoo) and Sara (Brittany Ishibashi) are exes in their thirties, while Seth (Brandon Soo Hoo) and Haley (Victoria Park) represent young love. “Fresh Off the Boat‘s” Randall Park makes an appearance, as does “Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials‘” Ki Hong Lee.

Shanghai Calling” – Daniel Henney (“Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders“) plays an American attorney who is relocated to China, and ends up falling for his relocation specialist (Eliza Coupe).

4 Wedding Planners” – Michael Kang‘s romantic comedy stars Kimberly-Rose Wolter as a woman who rejects her boyfriend’s wedding proposal, only to move back home to Hawaii to help with her family’s wedding planning business. And the dashing Sung Kang happens to be there.
